The Challenge
When Share the Dignity returned with a new campaign concept, Cake was brought on to bring it to life through a cohesive, high-impact creative framework, art direction, copywriting and asset production across every channel the campaign needed to reach the audience.
The Campaign: Strength In Every Bag
The result was Strength In Every Bag, a campaign crafted specifically for the people who could carry it furthest: gym owners, studio managers and personal trainers across Australia, alongside yoga and pilates studios.
Rather than frame the campaign as a donation drive, we positioned it as a nationwide fitness challenge: Heavy Lifting for a Good Cause. Gyms were invited to take part in a national packing day, document the journey on social media, and tag Share the Dignity to amplify the message through their own communities.
The tone stayed true to the gym world but disrupted its usual corporate feel, clean and on-brand, but empowering. Fitness photography gave the campaign an instant visual cue for its audience, while the purposeful tone ensured the message of female wellbeing and community was never lost beneath the energy.
The work began with developing the campaign's creative DNA: research, ideation and two distinct creative directions, each paired with mood boards, typography, colour palettes and art direction to establish a clear visual identity. Headlines and taglines were crafted to build the campaign's verbal identity, connecting messaging directly to audience psychology, before being presented in a digital look book with mockups across formats including email and social media.

Cake refined the chosen concept based on Share the Dignity's feedback, locking in a consistent visual and verbal foundation to prevent brand drift across the campaign. Final assets, including social tiles, email headers and digital ads, were produced, giving Share the Dignity a campaign that was as strategically sound as it was visually distinctive.
