We stepped in as Brand Manager during a critical transition period, providing leadership and strategic direction and supporting Norco as it created new roles and restructured tasks within their team. Once the new Brand Manager was hired, we led the onboarding process and worked collaboratively to execute marketing initiatives, creating a sustainable foundation for long-term success.
We orchestrated a comprehensive rebrand that optimised logos, refreshed all branding on 24+ regional stores, vehicles, website and social media, and ensured consistency across every marketing touchpoint for a cohesive launch that honoured Norco's agricultural legacy while positioning them for future growth.

Recognising the mental health challenges facing agricultural communities, particularly following the devastating Lismore floods, we event-managed the Norco Farmer Wellbeing Luncheon as part of the Primex 2024 official program. This special event featured presentations by Warren Davies from The Unbreakable Farmer and was hosted by Oli le Lievre of Humans of Agriculture, focusing on wellbeing, community connection, and supporting farmers' mental health.
